FAQS

Answers to common questions.

What is required to make DMCA complaints?

To submit official DMCA complaints on your behalf, we only require a signed Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA).

This document simply authorizes us to act for you when submitting copyright infringement notices. Once the LPOA is completed, we handle the entire enforcement process — identifying violations, submitting complaints, and managing follow-ups with hosting providers and platforms.

All DMCA notices must be submitted in good faith, meaning you believe the reported content infringes on your intellectual property or copyrighted material.

What is the difference between the two plan options?

The main difference between the two plans is who handles identifying and submitting infringing URLs.Agency Plan

We manage the entire enforcement process for you. Our team identifies violations, verifies the infringing URLs, and submits DMCA complaints on your behalf (with your approval). You’ll also receive regular reporting on enforcement activity.API License

This option is designed for organizations that want to integrate enforcement directly into their own systems. You receive an API token that allows you to submit infringing URLs programmatically while we handle delivery and tracking behind the scenes.

Which plan is best for my team or organization?

The best plan depends on your team’s experience with copyright enforcement and how involved you want to be in the process.

Agency Plan
Recommended for organizations that want a fully managed solution. If you don’t have experience with the DMCA process, we handle the entire enforcement workflow — identifying violations, validating URLs, submitting complaints, and providing reporting.

API License
Designed for organizations that already have internal workflows or development teams and primarily need help with scaling enforcement efficiently. With the API license, your team submits URLs directly while our system handles complaint delivery and tracking.

If you're unsure which option fits your situation, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help determine the best approach.

How does this service compare to other brand protection companies?

Many brand protection services rely heavily on manual workflows — identifying contact emails, sending takedown requests, tracking removals, and monitoring for republished content. These processes can be slow, prone to human error, and often require customers to navigate complex software platforms.

Our service was designed to eliminate those bottlenecks.

Once infringing URLs are submitted, the system automates the enforcement process — from identifying the appropriate contacts to submitting complaints and monitoring for republishing. This allows enforcement to happen faster, more consistently, and at a lower cost compared to traditional manual approaches.

How much do these plans cost?

Pricing depends on the scale of your enforcement needs.

Because every organization experiences copyright abuse differently, we work with each customer to create a plan tailored to their situation rather than charging for features they may not need.

The primary factor in determining pricing is the estimated number of URLs submitted for enforcement each month, which can vary significantly depending on the size of the problem.

If you'd like to discuss your specific situation, we’re happy to have a quick conversation and determine the most cost-effective approach for your organization.

Is there a contract?

No.

All plans are offered on a month-to-month basis, with no long-term commitment required. We intentionally keep the barrier to entry low so organizations can get started quickly and evaluate the value of the service without being locked into a contract.

Our goal is to earn your trust through results, not obligations.

Do I need technical knowledge to use this service?

No technical knowledge is required.

Our service is designed for both busy professionals who want a simple solution and technical teams who want to integrate enforcement into their workflow through our API.
